Returns & Refunds Policy
14-Day Returns
Ski and Sport offers a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Postage Coverage
Return postage is covered only if the item received is damaged, faulty, or malfunctioning.
Returns due to sizing, fit, colour preference, or change of mind are not eligible for return postage coverage and must be returned at the customer’s expense.
Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately upon receipt at sales@skiandsportretail.co.uk so we can resolve the issue.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact sales@skiandsportretail.co.uk.
European Union Customers
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason, subject to the return conditions above.
